    Some ideas for Tripan tools

Just some pictures to illustrate my tools actually in development, on the link you can go on my page with all Tripan tools I've made.

Interesting, Okapi. Would you have videos on how these two tools work?

Actually not, but as they are other people who ask me for, I have to take time for making something clean, when I make the proofing of the concave tool next days if possible.

    Hi Okapi,

Nice work. If you'd post some details on a completed tool, I'd be glad to add it to the database.

The tools in development look great.

If you'd be willing to post each completed tool in its own thread with a brief description of materials, intended usage, and any construction technique you feel merits highlighting, that would be ideal. I'll be glad to add each one to the database directly.

Here is a video of the action on trapezoïdal threading, bad image quality, but I don't know if i can put a HD video for all people, it needs high velocity connection
    filetage mode automatique trapézoïdal | lecollectionneur.ch | Pierre_G.
This is a 9mm.X2mm. at 30°(european normalisation) with ETG85 steel, it don't need the use of the opposite tool(I don't know the word for "lunette à suivre") with HSS tool made on the sharpening tool and optical contro gauge for the right angle.

Nice work Pierre. I really like the alternative design of the concave cutter. Most homemade radius cutters are based off Steve Bedair's design.
