German racer Sophia Flörsch in a stunning crash at the 2018 Macau Grand Prix. She suffered a spinal fracture and ultimately returned to racing. This is a complex crash that involved Flörsch's car launching off a car in front of her, and then luckily crashing into some temporary barriers that served to cushion the impact a bit.
