    Hummm, looks more like steam clearing a heavy oil burner as it's pulled out of the boiler burner face back into the air feed box. I started work as an apprentice in an oil fired power station, if the burners weren't purged as they were pulled out the oil would solidify in the burner tube, removing 200,000 Redwood second oil when cold was virtually impossible. http://www.powerstations.uk/wp-conte...-boilers-6.jpg 32 burners in each boiler, failure to withdraw would melt the burner as the fuel was also it's coolant.
