A number of interesting modifications to the plane. There were two failed attempts at landing there before this. It also took off from the platform, which would be just as impressive as the landing. My guess is that the pilot might be drinking what is being advertised.

Mike Patey built the plane and coordinated with the pilot to do this stunt. He's one of the best people for the job. There are videos on his YouTube channel about the stunt and the plane. Flying his plane Draco (totaled a couple of years ago) he holds the STOL drag records for takeoff and landings.
