Full stop within 3 cars - must have had quite a bit of warning beforehand.
(If he would have been able to stop in time, no-one would post the video.)

A lot of heavy haulers have an override switch to bypass the trucks suspension leveling valve. allowing it to raise a few inches and the same thing mounted in the trailer. The problem is it takes a significant amount of time for the air pressure to raise the truck and the trailer. It looked like the driver was attempting to do just that or he was trying to start the Pony motor to use the hydraulics to force the neck to raise the trailer.
Years ago one of my Heavy haul customers drivers had stopped just prior to a RR crossing raised his trailer to its max clearance as he had done at the particular crossing he was at several times previous but still got hung up on the tracks, the escort pilot called the RR informed them of the situation. And was assured there was no train due for an hour, 5 minutes later a freight train struck the trailer. The driver was on the correct routing according to his permits as he had been more than half a dozen times in the past. It turned out the RR had recently raised the tracks by 3 inches his driver was almost fatally injured, after 5 years of court battles my customer wound up and had to pay several million dollars in damages even though it was admitted his driver and the escort had done everything correct, You don't win against the RR even if they are in the wrong.
