I guess that it is a mandatory requirement for every multifunction tool, even a 1-2-3 block of steel to have the ubiquitous bottle opener
Never try to tell me it can't be done
When I have to paint I use KBS products

Lost me at the bottle opener. Don't compromise a precision tool for a gimmick. That real estate could have easily been used for something useful.

I have to agree on that point. Aside from the silly factor of that, I have a hard time recalling the last time I actually needed a bottle opener.

I can't remember when the last time I needed a bottle opener to open a bottle. All I can remember now have screw-off lids. Not that I don't own a number of bottle openers. I just don't really see the need for a do-everything 1-2-3 block, either. Clever, I suppose, but not real useful in my real life.

And by the same token, using a precision 1-2-3 block as a hex driver handle seems to me even stranger than a bottle opener. I don't know maybe they will sell a bunch of them and if so, more power to 'em. I'm pretty sure I would not shell out 85 bucks for one myself.

Might be better off marketing it as a multi purpose "V" block with 1-2-3 precision
My preferences for precision blocks is to have the alternating holes to 9/16 12 TPI the 1/2" holes yield about a 58% thread making them perfect for attaching 2 or more blocks together to form a fixture while leaving the rest of the holes to be used for doweling with drill rod if need be
