    Thin-Walled Heat Glue Potting

    A thin layer of heat glue serves as an excellent potting material in low-voltage applications that will not be exposed to high heat. Here is how I make very thin strips of heat glue that I use for potting items like wire splices, especially when I forget to slide on shrink tubing first.
