    Tire lifter.

Tire/wheel lifter, made from a VW Bilstein jack, takes awhile to raise a wheel due to it's low gearing, takes little effort to crank.

I used a tool like this (made by OTC) to change the wheel bearings on heavy trucks and trailers. It let me pull both wheels and the hub, a 200lb+ assembly, without extruding any internal organs. If I remember right it was hydraulic, but it's been long enough that I don't trust my memory. 10/10 awesome tool.

Low gearing, little effort... Maybe adapt it for an electric drill / driver (cordless or corded). Just a thought...

I have one for large truck tires, possibly made by OTC. It uses a long hydraulic jack such as used in portable engine hoists. It was given to me and I used it once for achore which I don`t remember and it sits awaiting a new use. For installing tires I generally use a shovel under the tire to raise it up to the lugs.
