I used to have one when I was a kid...It was fun. Later I always thought it would be a good prank when being fingerprinted for a security clearance, license etc.
Considering I was in full time employment and only earning the equivalent of $3 a fortnight in 1962, this was a very expensive toy.
This should be re-introduced. Stapled into a few select noses, it might redirect their attention back into productivity.
