A properly designed FEL doesn't put the load over the front axle and without the ability to tilt this can only be used on a horizontal surface or up hill.

I have a Yanmar YM165 somewhat smaller than this one, but there is enough "hydraulics" to put a small ram in place of the turn buckle which would give a limited amount of tilt.
