This is the reason why pilot escort vehicles are required to move over dimensional loads once they reach a certain length width or height. Most municipalities would require them to contact the local PD or Sheriff department prior to traveling through them and all night moves of loads with that much overhang would require special permitting. At least here in the USA that is the way it is
Never try to tell me it can't be done
When I have to paint I use KBS products

They are not like a mini at all. These days, the so-called "Mini" is bigger than most family cars.

The driver of the mini in the vid should have stayed well away from the truck and pipe.
Even though, the truck should have had an escort vehicle, the mini drive was a muppet for even getting close.
I have a 1972 Land Rover Series III Truck Cab/Pick-Up and a 1962 Land Rover Series 2a Carawagon Camper.

Mini driver was sitting at a red light minding his own business, how was he supposed to predict this?
