I am not sure what I am looking at here.

Is this a tool that some how helps in the vineyard to graft a portion of one grape vine to a different root system or some other part of a different grape vine?

OR

Is this some kind of tool that helps to shape a flat piece of steel into a shape that represents a natural grape vine cluster of grapes?
