Water fill adapter for lawn tractor tires

I have used straight water in the tires of my old Ford 860. Both front and rear.

I did remove it in winter. Only needed it one time when pulling some stumps.

I have a tire stem to 1/4 fpt adapter now. But originally I just stuck a piece of 3/8 rubber air hose over the stem and tightened it down with a hose clamp.

That adapter Frank has is nice.
