Getting things prepared for soaking in the chemicals that are supposed to stabilize, harden up and seal the fill I put in the shop
Among these things required is a way to distribute the dissolved enzyme as evenly as possible.
So I made this spray bar and attached it to the tailgate of my pickup









25 gallons per minute gravity flow 8 foot coverage as I drive slowly
I will have almost 600 gallons of mix on board when I start
the manufacture recommends 13.5 lbs. per 309 gallons spread over 4800 sq ft for a 6 inch depth of treatment
we figure we will have near 10 to 12 inches of depth when we blend it in so we will be using 26 lbs to 600 gallons Our coverage we estimate will be about 75% effective from optimal blending but we may try to do a 2 stage blend of 400 gallons the first blend to a depth of about 8 to 10 inches then 200 gallons blended to a depth of only 4 inches this may require blending leveling rolling then blending the second time. Only time and effort will tell us if we have been successful
I also have a 1" hose which can be connected to the tanks and pump sprayed into areas where I can not drive the truck into

Well Frank, I was in the oilfield tanker business for about 30 years & I found the best way to make a "spray bar" was was to build one from ABS pipe. Much lighter, much easier to drill how ever many holes & sizes that you need....just much simpler & easier. Hung them from the rear bumpers of my trucks with U bolts.
