What about showing what we do on the Web ?

Hi,
So here is a new HMT sub-forum !
Ken explained me that it has been created in order to share together all sorts of thoughts around Web publishing, especially publishing and showing what we create or build in our shops.

I think it's (again) a great idea ! The topic is very wide and we can address all sorts of issues :

- I want to show my work on the Web, what can I do ?
- Web site ? Blog ? Forum posts ? Youtube channel ?
- What about social Networks ?
- Publishing pdf articles ?
- Is it for just sharing the knowledge, Is it for selling something ?
- What about intellectual property and the licensing issues ?
- What computering and Web knowledge is required ?
- How can I earn money with my Web site ?
- How can I improve my traffic on my Web site ?
- What about foreign languages ?
- and so on, and so on ...



I will try to open the discussion, talking a little bit about my personal Website : La Belle Note and different tricks I can share.

Feel free to enlarge the discussion and contribute, this is again a place where we will be able to learn a lot !

Can't wait to hear some more about La Belle Note. If you've got questions of your own, post them here where everyone can learn from (and contribute to!) the answers.

Looks like a good, and inspiring, idea. I've put up a few blogs but admit that they're not being updated at the moment. Maybe I can get some ideas and motivation from you guys.
