About LinkBacksTo locate the pilot hole centers properly on the rims I am modifying I needed a locator.
An old water pump pulley was a near perfect fit but about .020" undersize I welded 8 small beads arounf the perimeter then machined to a snugh fit

Never try to tell me it can't be done
When I have to paint I use KBS products
