Wilton Vise Soft Jaws for milling

The little v-groove in the Wilton drill press vise that I use for a milling vise is quite small. I wanted something a bit larger and also wanted some steps. I made these from aluminum and almost added magnets to them but after milling them and trying them in the vise it was apparent that they stand up just fine even when moving the vise jaw. I now have 3 steps. One step is the top of the aluminum and there are also milled into the jaws a 1/16 step and a 1/8 step. I put a number 0 on one end of the jaws so they can be kept in order.
