Is the trick that one or more loops open up & release the wire? How about tightening the loops & taping it all so it has less sticking out? This is a bad way to pull wire. Unless all your elbows are accessible & have a window cut in them

That seems to be a silly video, showing a really stupid way to prepare wires for pulling into conduit, vs a not quite as bad way. So many variables are involved in pulling conductors into conduit. At first glance, get those 3 solid conductors into that smooth walled plastic conduit, I would hold the 3 unstripped conductors together, fold about 2" or 5 cm) over tightly to make a rounded nose and put a round of tape to keep them together, then just PUSH them through unless the run is really long.

I agree with minimizing the wire bends over the fishtape, BUT it's standard practice to give the final bundle a single wrap of electrical tape before pulling it into the conduit. It keeps them all together and prevents them from catching on anything along the way.
