That seems to be a silly video, showing a really stupid way to prepare wires for pulling into conduit, vs a not quite as bad way. So many variables are involved in pulling conductors into conduit. At first glance, get those 3 solid conductors into that smooth walled plastic conduit, I would hold the 3 unstripped conductors together, fold about 2" or 5 cm) over tightly to make a rounded nose and put a round of tape to keep them together, then just PUSH them through unless the run is really long.
