I imagine what comes next is similar to that scene from Slumdog Millionaire, where the kids glue the tamper resistant seal back on the soda bottles.

Remind me to never drink whatever that is! Looks like food fraud to me. Next step is cheaply printed Mountain Dew labels!

When we toured Italy a few years ago our guide repeatedly stressed that we should never buy bottled drinks from anywhere but a proper shop, as she'd has a number of people made ill, some very seriously, due to them buying contaminated 'water' from street vendors (most of whom aren't Italian), in refilled bottles.
