    Notice the bolts are hanging in the flange when the section is being lowered. Bump it the wrong way and damage the threads or eject all of the bolts to the ground. then while they are tightening them the bolts have all been turned over
    Not sure I'm buying everything I see. The only thing I can think of is to reduce the weight the iron workers had to haul up, the bolts were put in the flange then they removed them and stored them in their bolt bags Positioned the section with dog knot sleaver bars then installed the bolts properly

    That is some sort of compilation. The section being lowered has a mesh that the part being bolted does not...
