Homemade carbide insert dovetail cutter machined from round bar stock. Capable of cutting 14mm deep dovetails.

Since that is an interrupted cut, doesn't the carbide tend to chip? I've thought of doing that, but as expensive as the carbide was, I didn't think it would hold up.
