Yes Jon the machines were simply being demonstrated or more probably just being tested, the worker was having to pickup and hand load the machines since they had not been fully installed in a conveyor flow process system yet.
At least 2 of the machines torawds the end of the video were sharpening machines.
Also did you notice how in almost every video we see where an adjustable (IE Crescent) wrench is used they somehow seem to use them backwards by pulling against the movable jaw.
