This 1937 Chevy truck rat rod, built by Quick69 on KillBillet.com, might set the record for most compliments on photos in a build thread.

The Chevy is described as the builder's "wife's car". It's running a 468 engine with Edelbrock 650 carbs, hooked to a 400 turbo trans. The wheel base has been shortened, and it's been chopped 5 inches.

This build thread is a good example of why rat rods are so popular. They're cheap to build (except for the tires!), fun to drive, and extremely photogenic.
