CNC router gets a new spindle mount

Have you ever though of making a spindle for your router table? By the way it is a very nice machine you have. Does it have all three axis? The reason I ask I have a set up a guy was making and I got a good deal and could not pass it up. I put a router on it and found I had too much run-out with a router and the limited size of tooling was disappointing. It has been sitting for years now and I have a crazy idea of stripping everything off of it and set it under my Mill Rite, it is just a little bit low for my 6'2" frame.
