Cone splitter for splitting wood - GIF

Cone splitters have been around for a very long time and there were a number of USA companies making the cones. A couple of popular ones were made to bolt onto a wheel hub with an extension so you could drive somewhere towing a trailer. Jack up your car and fit one of these things, split wood, load trailer and drive home, hopefully after removing the splitter. War chariots come to mind but no doubt totally banned by the safety police.
