As the picture shows, it consists of about 1.5" of 1/2" hex leaded steel. A 1/4" hex stub, 3/8" long has been milled on one end to fit the standard receiver on most electric screwdrivers. The other end has a 1/8" slot, 3/4" long milled into it. These slot sizings were dictated somewhat by the cup hooks to be driven although nothing is too critical. If the slot is wider than your cup hook thickness it will still work. Mine is actually a bit wider intentionally since I intend to use this tool later to drive screw eyes.
Just in case, someone doesn't get it yet, here's a picture of the cup hook in place as it would be when being driven...
