    In a few days Part 3 will get online. I've build a jig similar to the original Tormek so that the water flow back into the bowl.

    500+ Homemade Tool Plans

    The nice thing about ulilising those slicers is that anything that you make with them is better than the original purpose - I have had one that i bought many years ago sitting on a shelf, only used it a few times as they are finicky to use and clean ( I bought a small commercial slicer on an auction for about the same price).
    I will have to think of some way to repurpose mine as I am a bit of a Magpie and keep everything.

    Yes you are right. I'm using a simple knife to cut my bread. We have a third slicer at home but I think I would get in trouble with my wife if I will dismantle it.
