Who picks up the plastic bags setting along side that?

I wouldn't put it past the trash company to have one of those 4 fingered grapples stowed somewhere on the truck so they could pick up the trash bags without having to have a person do it by hand. This would be fine and dandy until 1 of the bags ripped and scattered the debris. No matter how hard you try to polish a turd it's still a turd
