Several things about this video bother me...

Why were they filming the recharge of the battery? Did they know it was going to catch fire and wanted to get it on film?

If they knew, that implies that they have the recharge rigged to make it catch fire; perhaps by defeating the temperature sensor.

OTOH, if you expect it to ignite, why sit right next to it and in an enclosed room at that? Did they expect a much less energetic ignition?
