And someone asked about gaskets, I'm certain exactly what they are. Very hard composition and a wax-like finish, to enable removal. I'll bet they fit a man-size access door, bolted on, to conduct structural surveys inside a pylon, ballast tank or such. Those fasteners are not subject to wrench of that magnitude.
