Enormous torque wrench. What do we have here? Weird custom order? Joke? Why not hydraulic?

I question -50 [negative points] severe enough penalty. Even a million point wrench used maybe twice a month, in comparison say, to fella working on the truck frame, can't nullify a pink tee as wardrobe element AT WORK!
Or he's a new bachelor, unskilled in separating colors from whites, come laundry day. He wears calf high boots hiding equally cute socks.
Might be fine imposed by his local, being late in union dues. . .
