Fire hose cleaning system - GIF

Sorry, All I see there is a winding mechanism. the fire hose went in clean, and came out clean, and wound.
Where was the cleaning cycle?

I suspect there is more to this machine than meets the eye the hose may have been soaked or washed in another machine then transported to the pressure testing and winding machine in that bin for the last phase of preparing it for return to the fire truck. There could also be some process going on in the area where the hose is fed into the machine
