I share Churchill's opinion of the game...

"Golf is a game whose aim is to hit a very small ball into an ever smaller hole, with weapons singularly ill-designed for the purpose."
Churchill wasn't a Scot. "Gentlemen Only Ladies Forbidden". Imagine a game/club with those restrictions today. One might say Court ing danger.

    Yes.
Just one....designer forgot a fuze, that could guarantee hole-in-one.
Danny Spackler's effort thwarting invasive vermin is a similar invention. Some would call this reference crude and juvenile, and label viewers boorish.

they still have a separate casing over the inner somewhat like a cricket ball or grass hockey ball.Designed to split after a few shots so you buy more: the original was to contain the long rubber contents to shape, i think.

I have a friend that has a golf ball as a file handle. Works great!

Ironic that you use a golf ball for the handle of what could be used as a ball turner...Thanks for opening up the possibilities!

I drill them with a # 7 bit and tap 1/4 20 threads - (or whatever the handle thread requires) they work great. I even use different color golf balls when the need requires.

Lol. Cruising over six months later, it's still worth a bag o' chuckles. Nobody cared for #12...another loss for tofu.
And happily, no updates for Starship Enterprise missions either.

One may have guessed that I am not a devote of any ball game sport, don't play them don't watch them, but then again I am about the same way with musical stuff as well
I reckon basket balls could be left on deserted islands to entertain folk going mad while marooned there (Tom Hanks might think a soccer ball is better).
I've found that grass Hockey sticks are great Toad incapicators.

Basket ball hoops make great holders of wild bird feeders so the birds don't soil your verandah and footballs could be cut in half to make robots look more femanine (too many look like angry guys).
the 8 ball has long been used as a gear stick. Sorry, getting rolled away with this.
    Cheers
