Hi, I'm Andy, new to this site.

Since I can't afford to buy them, I'm looking for ideas on how to build a table saw and fence, Band saw, and different types of sanders, drum, disc or belt. Does anyone have suggestions on where I should start?
What would be the best material to use for the table saw top? Concrete? I'd go with iron, but I don't have access to a forge to melt and pour it.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
