Lathe Chuck Spacers

Have to try the wax trick.

I have used Lithium Grease for this. Stick the spacers in place with a little dab of grease. Hold the part in place with the tail stock quill. Apply pressure with the quill to squish the grease out, then clamp the part. The spacers often fall off when you remove the part.
