Yup. That would be coal. It's really interesting because that's not a mine, it's a coal depot. Before that project I had always assumed these machines only worked in open pit mines. All different types of coal arrives on trains, then the stacker-reclaimers make a big pile. The some time later a ship arrives, the stacker-reclaimers reclaim the pile and load it onto ships. Kinda interesting.
