They would've started weeks earlier; but 20 ton jacks weren't on sale yet.
Using so many is a good work-around, sans availability of normal millwrights. If me, I'd also rather pull down on two jack handles than one.
I'm thinking this is some type of community project, maybe couldn't get commercial monetary support.
And next GIF... WTF's about excavator traffic jam? All kinds joke fodder there. "Don't just commute; support the regime and build a road/ strip mine/ freeway interchange on the way to work! or "Christo and Jeanne-Claude's latest kinetic art project"
