    The screw is a 0-80 SHCS - not easy to find those, or the wrenches to fit them.

    I can remember when I started building miniatures that a 2-56 thread looked impossibly small; I'd never be able to tap that without breaking the tap. But, the longer you work in miniatures, the bigger this stuff seems to become. With the proper (homemade) tooling, 1-72 and 0-80 are perfectly doable. To date, the smallest I've done is 00-90. I have a tap for 000-120 but, thankfully, a situation requiring that has never arisen.
