In stop frame at 0:07 you can see what looks like 3 persons a man in the rear probably woman in the center and a younger person facing the person in the center half way through 0:09 you can see 1 person emerging and running away. Halfway though 0:10 you can see the second bike exit 1 person picking themself up from the bike and the 3rd person being ejected from under the truck. Right before the end of 0:11 you can see the 3rd person attempting to stand or crawl. Everyone appeared to miraculously survive.
