In rebuilding a muffler for a John Deere loader I wanted to create louvers on the inlet pipe to do this I found the remains of a post driver I had made for my electric demolition hammer I turned it down enough to fit the ID of the exhaust pipe then torched a cavity into one side fore the louver to relieve in while keeping the pipe from being deformed
Never try to tell me it can't be done
When I have to paint I use KBS products
