Pocket scribe I made over 35 years at sea somewhere. Made from a Brass bolt and a Needle Scaler needle ground to a point and a Bic pen pocket clip. It has served me well for many years.

We do a lot of welding. And with the rise of inverter welders we no longer use straight tungsten (green tips).
So I sharpened the remainder and made them scribes, might make handles now. More money than the scaler needle, but they were just laying around. Just a thought for others.
Capital idea, I tig weld as we'll and what could make a better scribe tip!
