I would take a spud hold it in one hand and rotate it using the knife to circular peel the spud starting with the end until about a quarter of the way flip the spud over and rotate it to peel the other end the same way then hold it by the ends and make 10 to 12 real quick thin slices so thin I was barely removing the peelings And I could peel 2 sometimes 3 to every one the other guys peeled
I got pretty lucky after my advance training. I was a combat medic and combat medics don`t pull KP. Yay!
