    Collaboration is a wonderful thing. After people saw my last video on this subject, many great suggestions were made. The result is a far simpler way to cut thin aluminum angle stock:

    You use the block to support the angle stock but it is set back so the blade does not hit it.

    Yes, this idea is much better, and a piece of wood is more readily available.

    That should work on tubing as well. Insert a snug fitting dowel rod before cutting.
