Simple drill press clamp.

Made this simple clamp from 25 mm x 25 mm square.

Bends i did with my hydraulic press.






Screw head goes to T-groove.



It has a swivel on the middle so, when finger screw is tightened it presses other end against the work piece.


Movable jaw is made from two same sized washers, with different sized holes that are weld together around the outer edge.



Both ends of the pipe is nuts, that are pressed inside it, and then weld together.



Tightening screw, and the one that connects washers to the pipe. Are tightened against each other inside the pipe, and secured with loctite 243.



It can be used with my track- chop saw too.



Its shape doesn't block any uses of the saw.
