Beautifully done. The one thing that looks a bit questionable is the distance of the legs front to back and the effect that may have on the stability of the table . I assume that the tube fixture is to hold a vise and other tooling, so you will likely be applying lateral forces filing, bending, and etc. I personally like my welding table higher to save my back from the indignities of an aging. If any of those conditions become a problem for you have a look at how I solved them below.
