How did that work out using epoxy on the head piece? What epoxy did you use?
I was thinking about making the groves deeper, then using screws to hold it together.

I didnt like the idea of using glue so instead of making it out of three pieces I made it from one piece of steel about 150x70x20 which was in my odds and sods box and just milled out the middle to give me the same look as Harolds
