    Pretty ingenious... I wonder if these are "one way only", as I didn't see any turnouts for oncoming traffic.

    No they are not one way only you rub fenders swap mirrors and prey when encountering an oncoming vehicle

    There are probably attendants at each end to allow only one vehicle at a time. Just don’t travel on April 1! 🤣

    There is a turnout at about the 5 second mark, though a bit steep.

    If you're referring to the slightly wide spot to the driver's right, I'd call that an exit ramp!
