    Nice piece of stamping tooling... I wonder what the end use is to justify the cost of the tooling? With that tooling, you should be able to do hundreds of these per hour, so it must be something with some volume needs.

    The tooling is a pretty standard design for that, but in a mechanical conventional punch press. An easy 150 hits per minute. Good production rate volume
    They appear to use something like an H-frame assembly press, or maybe an ironworker, definitely hydraulic evident by markedly slower rate. Low production rate, but safer for unskilled operators.
