About LinkBacksHey Albert, I'm in South Australia too (Golden Grove) and the local depot accepts cans crushed any way you choose.
I fill a Pickle barrel with crushed cans. Holds around 800 ($80 worth).
You need to find a more accommodating recycling centre.
